Chronos
Chronos is a professional-grade task scheduling ecosystem built for modern productivity. I engineered the mobile client using React Native and TypeScript, ensuring native-level performance and smooth interactions across both iOS and Android. The frontend communicates with a high-concurrency RESTful API powered by Jakarta EE and Hibernate ORM. This full-stack synergy allows for complex task orchestration, real-time persistence, and a frictionless onboarding experience via a custom multi-tier authentication system (Email and Guest access).
The Challenge
Mobile productivity tools often suffer from either over-simplified local storage or high-latency cloud synchronization, leading to a fragmented user experience.
The Solution
Developed a unified data synchronization layer using Hibernate ORM and a secure Jakarta EE backend. This architecture ensures instantaneous task updates and robust transaction management within a MySQL environment, while the React Native frontend provides an intuitive, highly responsive UI/UX.
